1.In at least 2 of the past 4 years, it has a net asset of at least Aud 400,000 in the enterprise, or owns 10% of the enterprise ownership in the listed company;In two of the past four years, the business of the company has reached more than 3 million Australian dollars;
2.The total net assets of the whole family are over 1.5 million Australian dollars;
3.The state government guarantees, requiring at least 1 million Australian dollars to be invested in local enterprises or projects (the investment requirements of different states vary slightly);
4.Provisions for the ownership of assets held in each enterprise:
(1) For enterprises with annual turnover of less than Aud 400,000, the applicant shall hold more than 51% of the shares;
(2) For enterprises with an annual turnover of more than Aud 400,000, the applicant shall hold more than 30% of the shares;
(3) For the listed company, the applicant should hold 10% of the shares
5.Applicant is under the age of 55 (age requirement may be waived unless the proposed business makes an outstanding financial contribution to sponsoring your state or territory).

1.Need to obtain a venture fund of at least 1 million Australian dollars from an Australian venture capital company to start and expand business;
2.The venture capital firm must be a member of the Private Equity and Venture Capital Association of Australia and a member of the "Venture capital" category. A venture capital firm without such qualification cannot meet this requirement;
3.The business scope of the Fund must be used for emerging, commercialized products or high-value business ideas with potential;
4.The applicant must sign a formal investment agreement with the investment company.
